Clean and spacious room, but noisy neighbors.

The breakfast was hot and satisfactory with a lot of meals to choose from. The location in a lovely area was great and there were the main shopping centre and shops nearby. The vibe here was contemporary! The staff was great and approachable on arrival and throughout the stay.

The venue was clean and the staff were great and approaching. The location was stunning, relatively close to Lake Wakatipu.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Unfortunately, the room had a serious mildew smell, and the air conditioning filters were not clean. The bathroom setup was awkward with the door opening directly onto the toilet, which could've been improved with a sliding door. The requirement to leave the room key in a device to enable power was inconvenient, especially when returning to an uncooled or unheated room after a long day. Parking was an added cost, and there wasn't much in terms of dedicated off-street spots.

I had a fantastic experience here, everything was awesome, the location was favourable near the cable cars, the restaurant and a long hike. I had the queen room, it was compact. The staff was very approachable and good, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The private parking was close to the hotel, exceptional service.

Couple seeking decent spot
The views from the room were amazing,,, overlooking the mountains and the lake during sunset. The staff were quite friendly,, they even helped with our luggage and offered umbrellas on a rainy day.
It wasn't cheap,, but given the scenery it was still acceptable.

The view from the room showcased Lake Wakatipu beautifully, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable. Convenient amenities included a washer and dryer. While the location offered a pleasant garden walk, the steep hill could be challenging at times. The bathroom had a minor issue with a clogged sink, but the staff promptly addressed it, showing great responsiveness.

Couple seeking comfort
We had a heated towel rack in the bathroom which was warm like the sun. When we had an issue with our room key, the staff were quick and friendly, saving us from a total disaster when we just wanted to chill after a long day.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable given the view.

Amazing stay with a fine view
Got upgraded to a suite, super spacious and cozy. The bar/lounge area was nice for chilling after exploring. Just a bit of noise from the street at night.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for lovely views, including Lake Wakatipu. We enjoyed activities like skiing at nearby Coronet Peak and canoeing on the lake. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. Make sure you check out the restaurant for dinner!
One downside was the slow service at the cafe. It took a long time to get coffee, frustrating at times, especially with friends.
